With our intensive method, you switch from nappy to pants in one go (during the day and potentially also at night). You teach your child the basics in 3 to 5 days. That means staying at home with lots of accidents and lots of mopping up. It is about staying calm and positive every time there is an accident, being consistent, and persevering.

Our gradual method allows times for your child to get used to the potty and to adjust to this big change. You introduce the potty in small steps, as your child gets more and more comfortable, accepting and successful at using it. This training takes about 10 weeks to complete. Your involvement in the process increases gradually, giving you time to adjust too.
