Go Potty User Policy
Thank you for using the De Pot Op app and community. This is where parents come together to learn more about potty training. The content you submit should contribute to the De Pot Op community in a constructive way. More information about what that means can be found below.
Together, we can make our De Pot Op community a place where everyone can learn about potty training, and receive and offer support to other parents who are also potty training their children.

Violating our Terms of Use may result in action against your account or content. This policy applies to all users. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may limit the visibility of certain content, label it, or remove it altogether. Repeated or egregious violations will result in account restriction. If you believe that any action taken on your content or account was inappropriate, you may appeal to hello@gopottynow.com
Be Kind
The mission of De Pot Op is to connect and support parents in the potty training process. Users should treat each other with respect and courtesy. Do not communicate with others in a way that is rude, inappropriate or disrespectful.
Don’t be hateful:
We do not allow content that attacks, denigrates, intimidates, dehumanizes, incites or threatens hatred, violence, adverse or discriminatory action against individuals or groups because of their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious belief, age, or disability status.
Do not spam users or the community:
We do not allow untargeted, irrelevant, obviously unwanted, unauthorized, excessively commercial or promotional, or needlessly repetitive messages or similar content.
Do not engage in sexual innuendo or unwanted advances:
We do not allow unwanted expressions of attraction, desire, requests for romantic relationships, marriage proposals, sexual advances or innuendos, or lewd comments.
Do not share harmful or shocking material:
We do not allow content that is excessively gruesome or shocking. This includes content that is sadistic or gratuitously graphic, such as the depiction of bodily harm or serious physical or sexual violence. We do not allow content, activities, or events that promote, organize, display, or facilitate criminal activity. We also do not allow content that depicts or promotes weapons making instructions, drug abuse, and threats of theft. Do not engage in or promote escort services, prostitution, child exploitation, or human trafficking. Do not share content or activities that promote or encourage suicide or any form of self-harm, including self-mutilation and eating disorders. Do not share material that depicts nudity or sexual activity.
Be Reliable
We require that you use your true identity on De Pot Op. Enter accurate information about yourself or your children, and only share information that is real and authentic.
Do not share false or misleading content:
Do not share content in a way that you know or believe is misleading or inaccurate, including any false information or disinformation.
Do not share content to disrupt or improperly influence an election or other civic process:
We may prevent you from posting content from sites known to produce or contain false information. Do not share content that directly contradicts the guidance of leading global health organizations and public health authorities; including false information about the safety or efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.
Do not share false content or information, including news stories, as if they were true or likely to be true:
Do not post “deepfake” images or videos of others or other content that has been manipulated to deceive. Do not share content or endorse anything or anyone in exchange for personal benefit (including personal or family relationships, monetary payment, free products or services, or other value) unless you have included a clear and conspicuous notice of the personal benefit you are receiving.
Do not create a fake profile or falsify information about yourself:
We do not allow fake profiles. Do not post misleading or deceptive information about yourself or your children. Do not use someone else’s image, or another image that does not look like you, for your profile picture. Do not use or attempt to use someone else’s De Pot Op account or create a member profile for someone other than yourself. And do not share your De Pot Op account with anyone else.
Do not deceive or deceive others:
Do not use The Pot Op to facilitate romance scams, promote pyramid schemes, or otherwise defraud users.
Do not share malicious software that endangers our users, community or services:
Phishing attempts will not be tolerated.
Be Safe
Only have safe conversations on De Pot Op.
Do not post harassing content:
Bullying or harassment is not allowed. This includes targeted personal attacks, intimidation, shaming, contempt, and profanity directed at other users. Do not reveal personal or sensitive information about others (also known as “doxing”) or encourage others to do the same. You may not engage in trolling or other repetitive negative content that disrupts other users or community conversations.
Do not advertise or attempt to purchase illegal or dangerous goods or services:
We do not allow content that facilitates the purchase of illegal or dangerous goods and/or services, prostitution and escort services.
We do not allow content that promotes or distributes false educational and/or professional certifications, the sale of scraped data, the taking of proxy tests, or instructions for creating falsified official documents:
You may not use De Pot Op to conduct lotteries, contests, sweepstakes or giveaways. Do not use De Pot Op to sensationalize or capitalize on tragic events for commercial purposes.
Do not share content that promotes dangerous organizations or individuals:
We do not allow terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups in our community. And we do not allow individuals affiliated with such organizations or groups to have a De Pot Op profile. Content that depicts terrorist activity, is intended to recruit for terrorist organizations, or threatens, promotes, or supports terrorism in any way will not be tolerated. Do not threaten, incite, or promote violence: We do not allow any form of threatening or inciting violence. We do not allow or promote individuals or groups that engage in violence, property damage, or organized criminal activity. You may not use De Pot Op to show support for such individuals or groups or to otherwise glorify violence. Do not share material that depicts the exploitation of children: We do not tolerate content that depicts the sexual exploitation of children. Do not share, post, send, or solicit material about child exploitation through or using our community. Do not use The Pot Op in any way to facilitate, encourage or engage in the abuse or exploitation of children.
