Childcare Customer Coach 💩
Do you know childcare inside and out and are you ready for the next step? We are Go Potty®: we help children become potty trained earlier. This is good for their development, good for the environment, and good for the workload in the group. We work with childcare organizations and municipalities throughout The Netherlands. And that’s where we need you.
What will you do?
As a Customer Coach, you’re the face of our clients. You’ll visit them on-site, build relationships, and ensure that organizations get the most out of our software and approach. No scheduling puzzles, no filling in gaps. Just using your sector knowledge to make a real impact.

- Maintain relationships with childcare organizations and municipalities
- Regularly work on-site with clients throughout the country
- Support organizations with implementation and adoption
- Get stakeholders on board and moving in the right direction
- Identify clients’ needs and communicate this back to the team
- Coordinating that agreements and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with our network of potty-training experts (pedagogists, urotherapists, pelvic floor physiotherapists)
- Maintain contact with Municipal Public Health Services (GGDs) and child health clinics
- You will work closely with our Operations team, which will support you in implementation.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with experience in childcare who is ready for the next step. For example, a (former) location manager, operations manager, or regional manager. You recognize yourself in the following:

- You understand the dynamics of the childcare workplace
- You excel at building relationships and engaging people
- You work in a structured manner and honor agreements
- You can work independently in a small team
- You enjoy getting to know the municipal side of things
- You are energized by a growing organization with a lot of room for improvement
- You don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality. If you need to work longer hours, you’re ready. In return, you have the freedom to manage your own time and schedule.
- You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) work and thinking level.
- Experience with municipalities or the public sector is a plus but not required. You’ll learn that with us.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who truly understands our customers and helps them get the most out of our software and services. Your main goal: ensuring continued customer satisfaction.

- Coordinating and managing collaborations with nurseries and municipalities (you will act as the first point of contact).
- Ensuring that our software and services are optimally deployed by nurseries and municipalities.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to continuously improve our software and services for parents, nurseries, and municipalities.
- Collaborating closely with sales, support, and product development.
- Contributing ideas to the implementation and optimisation of our operational processes.
- Focusing on impact: you will design and execute plans that further improve retention, increase adoption, and grow customer value. You will monitor the figures and clearly report on progress and actions.
- Coordinating and managing collaborations with our potty training consultants (pedagogues, urotherapists, pelvic floor physiotherapists, etc.).
What we’re looking for
-
- BSc or MSc degree, preferably in a business or social field. For example, Business Administration, Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Sociology.
- 2–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultancy in, for example, healthcare, hospitality, or childcare. Experience in a start-up or scale-up is a plus!
- Service-oriented and exceptionally good people skills; you have an innate sense of what others need and go the extra mile to help them as best as possible.
- A hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves and don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem.
- You enjoy working independently and are able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- No 9-to-5 mentality. If you sometimes have to work longer hours, you’re ready. This, of course, comes with flexibility and the freedom to manage your own time and schedule.
- Someone who’s in it for the long haul; you understand what it takes to implement new processes and methods in complex organisations.
- Excellent project management skills and a good command of Dutch and English.
