Customer Success Manager 💩Â
We make software that helps children get out of diapers. If you enjoy working with people who are passionate about children, from pedagogical professionals to youth care managers, and you get energy from getting organisations moving: read on!
Thousands of families use De Pot Op®. But organisations don’t change because you give them a login and send a brochure. They change because someone stands beside them, understands how their workplace operates, and takes them along step by step. That someone is you.
What will you do?Â
You make sure that clients don’t just use De Pot Op®, they actually get results with it.
- Guide childcare organisations, municipalities and consultation clinics through implementing our approach. From board level to pedagogical professionals on the floor. This is change management, not software rollout.
- One to two days per week at client locations across the country. You see first-hand what works and what doesn’t.
- Spot opportunities to deepen collaborations. You understand what clients need before they realise it themselves.
- Translate what you hear on the work floor into concrete input for our product and development team. In a small team like ours, that directly influences what gets built.
- We’re growing from potty training into broader parenting challenges: sleep, nutrition, emotional regulation. You build the client approach that lays the foundation for that.
Who are we looking for?Â
Change-maker by conviction: you have experience implementing new ways of working within organisations. You know that change doesn’t come from giving a presentation, but from being there. You’ve experienced how stubborn that process can be — and that’s exactly what you enjoy.
Conversation partner at every level: equally comfortable with a director as with a frontline worker. You listen more than you talk and bring people along in a way that feels like it was their own idea.
Builder in a small team: we’re a startup of fewer than ten people. There’s no handbook, no department to sort things out for you. You determine how we make clients successful — from the approach to the processes around it.
Specific experience:
- HBO or university level of thinking and working
- 10+ years of work experience, a substantial part of which in childcare, education, healthcare or a comparable environment with complex organisations and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with implementation, adoption or change management
- Good command of the Dutch language
What we offerÂ
- A full-time position (32 hours per week, flexible scheduling).
- Hybrid working (working from our office in The Hague, from home, and visiting clients throughout the country).
- A key role in our fast-growing startup where you’ll truly make an impact.
- Plenty of freedom and responsibility to make your mark.
- A competitive salary including pension and stock options (read: you won’t earn the absolute highest salary, but you will make the world a little better and collaborate with a super fun team 😉). Naturally, we also reimburse your travel expenses.
- Start date 1 May, 2026.
About Go Potty®Â
Go Potty® is a social enterprise with a mission: to reduce the time children spend in nappies. While children in the 1940s were potty trained around the age of one, this is now only around the age of three. Early potty training has many benefits for a child’s well-being and development. With Go Potty® software, we support parents, nurseries, and municipalities with a positive and effective approach to potty training. For the little ones of today and the world of tomorrow.Â

Customer Success Manager 💩Â
Do you want to make an impact in the world of parenting and childcare? Come join our fast-growing startup as our Customer Success Manager!Â
What will you be doing?Â
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who truly understands our customers and helps them get the most out of our software and services. Your main goal: ensuring continued customer satisfaction.Â
- Â
- Coordinating and managing collaborations with nurseries and municipalities (you will act as the first point of contact).
- Ensuring that our software and services are optimally deployed by nurseries and municipalities.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to continuously improve our software and services for parents, nurseries, and municipalities.
- Collaborating closely with sales, support, and product development.
- Contributing ideas to the implementation and optimisation of our operational processes.
- Focusing on impact: you will design and execute plans that further improve retention, increase adoption, and grow customer value. You will monitor the figures and clearly report on progress and actions.
- Coordinating and managing collaborations with our potty training consultants (pedagogues, urotherapists, pelvic floor physiotherapists, etc.).
What we’re looking forÂ
- Â
- BSc or MSc degree, preferably in a business or social field. For example, Business Administration, Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Sociology.
- 2–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultancy in, for example, healthcare, hospitality, or childcare. Experience in a start-up or scale-up is a plus!
- Service-oriented and exceptionally good people skills; you have an innate sense of what others need and go the extra mile to help them as best as possible.
- A hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves and don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem.
- You enjoy working independently and are able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- No 9-to-5 mentality. If you sometimes have to work longer hours, you’re ready. This, of course, comes with flexibility and the freedom to manage your own time and schedule.
- Someone who’s in it for the long haul; you understand what it takes to implement new processes and methods in complex organisations.
- Excellent project management skills and a good command of Dutch and English.
