Customer Success Manager 💩

What will you be doing? 

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who truly understands our customers and helps them get the most out of our software and services. Your main goal: ensuring continued customer satisfaction. 

    • Coordinating and managing collaborations with nurseries and municipalities (you will act as the first point of contact).
    • Ensuring that our software and services are optimally deployed by nurseries and municipalities.
    • Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to continuously improve our software and services for parents, nurseries, and municipalities.
    • Collaborating closely with sales, support, and product development.
    • Contributing ideas to the implementation and optimisation of our operational processes.
    • Focusing on impact: you will design and execute plans that further improve retention, increase adoption, and grow customer value. You will monitor the figures and clearly report on progress and actions.
    • Coordinating and managing collaborations with our potty training consultants (pedagogues, urotherapists, pelvic floor physiotherapists, etc.).

What we’re looking for 

    • BSc or MSc degree, preferably in a business or social field. For example, Business Administration, Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Sociology.
    • 2–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultancy in, for example, healthcare, hospitality, or childcare. Experience in a start-up or scale-up is a plus!
    • Service-oriented and exceptionally good people skills; you have an innate sense of what others need and go the extra mile to help them as best as possible.
    • A hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves and don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem.
    • You enjoy working independently and are able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
    • No 9-to-5 mentality. If you sometimes have to work longer hours, you’re ready. This, of course, comes with flexibility and the freedom to manage your own time and schedule.
    • Someone who’s in it for the long haul; you understand what it takes to implement new processes and methods in complex organisations.
    • Excellent project management skills and a good command of Dutch and English.
